The hotel is fairly clean. the location is unbeatable, a short walk to restaurants and onsite parking. - Arundel Mills offers a ton of entertainment options.

Modern hip new property with genuinely helpful staff especially with explaining shuttle services. Location not far from Arundel Mills and the Inner Harbour and ~25 local restaurants.

Overall really nice hotel and wonderful staff.

Although very comfortable and sleek room designs they really need black out window treatment....the sun disturbed my slumber.

The queen room was spotless with a complimentary breakfast in the lobby, making our stay here perfect for resting during our travel.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, and accomodating.

Only problem was finding my reservation. When booking through your site, the first and last name get run together (no space), so when they look up your last name they can't find you. I almost had to make a new reservation at a higher price. One of the employees remembered it had happened before and found my name. Can you work on fixing this?

The rooms here are modern and clean, with private bathrooms and amenities like a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a fridge.

I requested and was granted a late check out. The staff (shuttle driver, front desk workers, b-fast lady, mgr who helped my find out where to catch a MAC flight) was beyond friendly and helpful (e.g., breakfast, coffee in room, do not disturb sign). They were warm and caring. Will stay here again!

Airport shuttle was very unorganized and we waited almost an hour after several calls.

This place had a clean room with WiFi and a free breakfast, which we got for a great price; also, it's super close to the National Electronics Museum.

The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of healthy choices. We loved staying at the hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

Shuttle bus drivers varied from very helpful to totally unhelpful. The use of highly perfumed cleaning products in the shuttle buses must create problems for people with allergies.

The hotel decor was wonderful and modern. I loved the the color scheme. Very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. But the best part was the free continental breakfast. It was really good and having that available was a big part of why I booked this hotel.
